We would like to inform you of the training schedule for Immigration Application Agencies in September 2026 as attached. Please refer to this schedule for your operations.
Refresher Training Requirements
In accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Immigration Application Agencies (Ministry of Justice Notice No. 2021-447), agencies and their members/staff must fulfill the following requirements to continue using agency-exclusive counters and electronic application systems:
- Target Audience: Registered agencies, their members, and employed staff who have been issued identification badges, whose training validity has less than 1 year remaining as of the refresher training date.
- Requirement: Must apply for and complete the refresher training within the valid period.
