Notification of Immigration Service Agency Training Schedule for May 2026
Summary
This notice announces the training schedule for Immigration Service Agencies in May 2026. Registered agencies and their staff must complete refresher training to maintain access to exclusive services, especially if their current training validity is expiring soon, as per Ministry of Justice Notice No. 2021-447.
Please be advised of the Immigration Service Agency training schedule for May 2026, as attached, and refer to it for your work.
- In accordance with the Guidelines for Managing Immigration Service Agencies (Ministry of Justice Notice No. 2021-447), to continue using the exclusive agency counter and electronic civil service, all agencies registered and issued access cards, as well as their members and affiliated employees, must complete refresher training within the validity period. Therefore, agencies, their members, and affiliated employees whose training validity period remains within one year as of the refresher training date should apply for and complete the refresher training. Please refer to the attached document for further details.
