Notification of Immigration Service Agency Training Schedule for April 2026
Summary
This notice informs Immigration Service Agencies about the training schedule for April 2026. To maintain access to exclusive services, agencies and their staff must complete refresher training before their current training expires. Refer to the attached document for detailed information and registration.
Please be advised of the Immigration Service Agency training schedule for April 2026, as attached, and refer to it for your work.
- In accordance with the Guidelines for Managing Immigration Service Agencies (Ministry of Justice Notice No. 2021-447), to continue using the exclusive agency counter and electronic civil service, all agencies registered and issued access cards, their members, and affiliated employees must complete refresher training within the validity period. Therefore, agencies, their members, and affiliated employees whose training validity period is within one year of the refresher training date should apply for and complete the refresher training. Please refer to the attached document for further details.
