Notification of Immigration Service Agency Training Schedule for December 2025

This announcement informs Immigration Service Agencies about the December 2025 training schedule. To maintain access to exclusive services, registered agencies and their staff must complete refresher training before their current training validity expires. Please be advised of the Immigration Service Agency training schedule for December 2025, as per the attached document, and refer to it for your work.
- In accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Immigration Service Agencies (Ministry of Justice Notification No. 2021-447), to continue using the exclusive agency counter and electronic civil service, all registered agencies that have been issued identification cards, their members, and affiliated employees must complete refresher training within the validity period. Therefore, agencies, their members, and affiliated employees whose training validity period is within one year of the refresher training date should apply for and complete the refresher training. Please refer to the attached document for further details.
