Notification of Immigration Affairs Agency Training Schedule for November 2025

Please be advised of the Immigration Affairs Agency training schedule for November 2025, as attached, and refer to it for your work.

• In accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Immigration Affairs Agencies (Ministry of Justice Notice No. 2021-447), to continue using the agency-exclusive counter and electronic civil petitions, all agencies registered and issued access cards, their members, and affiliated employees must complete refresher training within the validity period. Agencies, their members, and affiliated employees whose training validity period is less than one year from the refresher training date must apply for and complete the refresher training. Please refer to the attached document for further details.
