Announcement of the Results for the November Immigration Field Tour

Overview

The participants for the November Immigration Field Tour have been selected based on the order of application submission (first-come, first-served). The results can be checked starting from November 11, 2025, at 09:00 through the Korea Immigration Service website. Participants can view their application status by navigating to: Customer Participation Board -> Field Tour -> Apply for Field Tour -> My Application Status. Selected participants will be marked as 'Selected', and those not selected will be marked as 'Not Selected'.

• Additional recruitment announcement for Daejeon Immigration Office will be available from November 17, 2025, at 09:00.

Field Tour Schedule

• Busan Immigration Office: November 12 (Wednesday), 14:00~16:00 (15 people, first-come, first-served)
• Gwangju Immigration Office: November 13 (Thursday), 14:00~16:00 (10 people, first-come, first-served)
• Daejeon Immigration Office: November 19 (Wednesday), 14:00~16:00 (15 people, first-come, first-served)
• Incheon Airport Immigration Office: November 20 (Thursday), 14:00~16:00 (15 people, first-come, first-served)
• Incheon Immigration Office: November 25 (Tuesday), 14:00~16:00 (15 people, first-come, first-served)
• Seoul Immigration Office: November 28 (Friday), 14:00~16:00 (15 people, first-come, first-served)

Cancellation

Participants wishing to cancel their field tour participation must contact the field tour coordinator ([email protected]) by November 12, 2025. Please note that failure to notify in advance and absence on the day may limit future participation opportunities in immigration field tours.

Note

For a smooth operation of the field tour, please understand that the tour is conducted within the participant limit (10~15 people).
